Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a track & trace once it ships on the given email address.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on region. Final costs are shown at checkout.

International Customs & Taxes
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included at checkout. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For shipments to the USA, Canada and UK (and other international countries) an import tax may be applied by customs upon arrival. This fee is not collected by us and will be communicated directly to you by customs authorities.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will likely be disposed of by the courier and is not eligible for a refund.

Return Policy
All of our items are made to order, which means they are produced especially for you.For that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order missing?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery, let us know.We’ll investigate with the courier — please note that investigations may take several days. We cannot refund or resend a parcel until the courier investigation is complete.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If needed, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier.
General Delivery Terms
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:Strikes or extreme weather, customs inspections or import holds or busy seasonal periods (e.g. holidays)
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Any failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable may result in the parcel being returned or held by the courier. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
